What is GDPR?
The new GDPR regulation will impact any company that exchanges or collects personal data from those who reside within the EU. The term ‘personal data’ is defined by GDPR as any data record that could potentially identify an individual.
By May 2018, all businesses will need to be GDPR compliant. Strict fines will be imposed on any business or organisation that does not comply with the new laws.
